The APP Fiscal Year begins November 1st and continues until October 31st of the following year. To take tests, participate in the Mid-Winter and Spring Clinics, or attend the many forums and events, you must be an APP Member and have paid your current season/annual dues, to attend. Members who pay their dues at the Spring Clinic cover the member for the preceding season and NOT for the following 12 month period after the Spring Clinic. Dues paid and received during the summer and fall after the Spring Clinic are credited to the upcoming season. Voluntary payment of dues for past seasons unpaid, is always appreciated. If you are new to the APP and interested in testing, you must fill out this Application Form (requires Patrol Director sign-off) and bring with you to your 1st APP clinic.

Existing Members: If you have paid dues in the past, and have attended APP events where we asked you to update your contact information and email, then the system should have sent you an email asking for you to log on. Follow those directions and select Login in the upper right and enter that email. If you have not created a password, select "Forgot Password" to create a password so that you may log on and update all of your profile information. If you have not received an email requesting you to log on, or the system is not accepting your email in our database, contact us for assistance.
